This apprenticeship is run in conjunction with our educational provider HIT training, the program lasts 12 – 18 months and involves no days at college. You will be required to meet deadlines and performance levels as set by the company and educational provider during your employment. You are also expected to enjoy your time with us, in return we will provide you with every opportunity to thrive in our industry!
Working in our Brasserie as a member of waiting staff means you will be an ace at customer service and have the personality to keep even the most tricky customers mesmerised and content. The role might be called waiting, but proactivity is key to our teams success and we need like-minded people to join us!
What will I be doing?
Well, not waiting! This role is all about customer service and delivering the best possible experience to our guests. This involves anything from delivering meals and drinks to tables to taking orders and building long lasting relationships with those we a lucky to have come through our doors. On top of that:
