Position: Junior Assistant Manager 

Location: The Devon Hotel, Exeter 

Remuneration: £27,950 per annum (40 Hours per Week)

The Devon Hotel is seeking a motivated and hospitality-focused Junior Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for an individual who can balance high-level customer service with the operational demands of a busy hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Managing shifts across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private functions/weddings.
• Quality Control: Maintaining our reputation for excellence by upholding strict service standards and cleanliness.
• Resource Management: Monitoring stock levels and taking ownership of departmental tasks.
• Health & Safety: Ensuring the security and well-being of both guests and staff.
