Passionate about great hospitality? We’re looking for a warm, professional Hotel Receptionist. You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and making sure every stay gets off to a perfect start.

What will I be doing?

As a Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation, providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house operations. This is a fantastic chance to develop excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Handling mail, deliveries, and couriers.
• Using booking systems for accommodation and our restaurant.
• Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, hotel banking, filing, and photocopying.
• Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.

What are we looking for?

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. 
• Professional, approachable and adaptable. 
• Previous experience in reception or office administration is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Excellent numeracy and computer skills, including use of microsoft software.
